Beaver County Courthouse is a commercial project in Beaver County, Pennsylvania, built by Nello Construction, the Pittsburgh general contractor whose team now operates as Nello Build in Naples, Florida. The same open book, cost plus a fee method applies to every job: the owner sees every subcontractor bid and every invoice, and the fee is agreed at the start.
